Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but are you struggling to come up with fun and simple breakfast ideas for kids to gobble up first thing? Stop the sugary snacks mid-morning and keep their hunger at bay until lunch with these great dishes to make eating healthy at breakfast a fun and appetising one for all. Say goodbye to lumpy porridge and hello to morning bliss.

Witness a high-calcium cheese chick hatching from its wholemeal bread shell. Kids will love the bite-sized pieces that they can easily pop into their mouth.

Butterfly Spread

It's time to spread those wings on your butterfly sandwich with thinly sliced zucchinis and boiled eggs, finally ending it off with a piece of red pepper through the middle. Prep your kids with the energy they need for the day with this sandwich.

Mushroom Garden

Add some color to a boiled egg using a bright red tomato cap! Tomatoes provide an excellent amount of vitamin A & C for your growing kids.

Doggy Sandwich

Create a cute doggy sandwich with a salami slice, pickled ears and a cheesy snout. Rich in vitamins and nutrients, kids will be tempted just by the looks of this one.

Easter Surprise

Easter may be over but you could still catch little cheese chicks and rabbits hopping across the green grass and jumping over sweet cherry tomatoes.

Egg Face

A slight twist to a normal half-boiled egg, utilize the shell as a small cup and top it up with heart-shaped eyes or a sliced tomato. Dig in!

Food Pets

Make a portrait of their favourite pet hamster or cat with sliced bread and scrambled eggs. A simple recipe to make, kids will enjoy adding small whiskers or cucumber eyes to their pet.
